Whether you need to streamline service in a cafeteria, sub shop, or independent restaurant, this heavy-duty, stainless steel unit is made to facilitate the sandwich or salad prep process. Its mega top holds up to (12) 1/6 size food pans, 4" deep, and it comes with a full set of polycarbonate plastic pans to get you started. The pan rail can also accept 6" deep pans (sold separately).

The mega top refrigerated pan rail is great for holding common sandwich or salad toppings, from hard boiled eggs and cheese to green peppers and ham. It even has a removable stainless steel guard that streamlines the cleanup process at the end of a shift. Plus, a lift-up lid encloses the top to maintain proper food safe temperatures and prevent contamination. For added convenience, a 27" x 10", 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board is provided for slicing ingredients and assembling orders.

Beneath the worktop is additional storage space, with 2 drawers that slide on 16-gauge acetol rollers to easily glide open or closed with extruded flush mount handles. Both drawers are fastened securely in the cabinet for safe use, and accept 6" deep food pans. The top drawer accommodates a (1) 12 x 20" full size food pan and (2) 1//4" size food pans, while the bottom drawers accept (1) full size pan.
