The self-contained, air-cooled condenser in the Ice-O-Matic CIM0636HAS half-cube ice machine is simple to install and maintain. For cleaning, the food zone is built without crevices that could harbor bacteria, and its parts are dishwasher safe to facilitate thorough cleaning. Users are alerted of needed maintenance with an LED status display, and using one button, they can quickly begin the sanitizing and descaling process.
The Ice-O-Matic CIM0636HAS ice machine includes built-in PURE ICE® antimicrobial that inhibits microbial formation, ensuring ice remains clean and fresh. This unit also has a SafeIce UV light that sanitizes the interior components to prevent yeast, viruses, and microorganisms from forming during ice production. The machine creates half-cube ice, which is a great option for establishments that serve blended frozen beverages and soft drinks. When environmental conditions are ideal, it makes 600 pounds of ice per day, but if the temperatures rise, it makes closer to 455 pounds of ice daily.
