True Refrigeration STA1HRI-1S Description
The True STA1HRI-1S Spec Series® roll-in heated cabinet has a door that is made of stainless steel and secured to the cabinet with three cam-lift hinges. To create an airtight seal, magnetic gaskets that can be removed without tools are set in place. When left open less than 120 degrees, the door closes on its own. If opened past 120 degrees, the door remains open to facilitate loading and unloading. A metal handle offers a comfortable grip, and a bolt-style lock prevents theft.
The True STA1HRI-1S roll-in heated cabinet—insulated with polyurethane foam—is intended to hold baked and cooked foods at warm serving temperatures. The interior stays between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, depending on the user's temperature preference. Two stainless steel heating elements evenly generate heat, and low-velocity fans uniformly disperse the hot air. The exterior is constructed of stainless steel to resist corrosion and dents, and a stainless steel ramp helps staff roll in racks and carts.
