True Refrigeration STA1HRT-1S-1S Description
This True STA1HRT-1S-1S Spec Series® roll-thru heated cabinet is designed to hold food that is already cooked or baked and keep it warm—it should not be used to heat cold or ambient foods. To resist corrosion, it is constructed of aluminum and stainless steel, and its walls are foamed with polyurethane insulation for structure and temperature retention. Internal temperatures range from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, set to a specific level by the user.
Internal heat is generated by two stainless steel heating elements and circulated by low-velocity fans. To keep meats moist and add humidity—which can be controlled by a vent on top of the cabinet—a 12-inch by 20-inch water pan is included. A ramp on either side facilitates rolling carts and racks into the cabinet, which connects the back of the house to the front with its roll-thru design.
This True STA1HRT-1S-1S roll-thru heated cabinet has two stainless steel doors with bolt-style locks to keep contents safe. Metal handles provide a durable grip when opening, and to prevent warm air from seeping out, removable magnetic gaskets are set in the door frame. These doors can stay open past 120 degrees but close on their own to save energy when opened less than 120 degrees. To securely attach the doors to the cabinet, three cam-lift hinges are in place for each door.
