True Refrigeration STG1HRI-1S Description
Maintaining 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, the True STG1HRI-1S Spec Series® roll-in heated cabinet has two stainless steel, finned-tube heating elements that uniformly generate electric heat. Low-velocity fans ensure even temperature distribution throughout the cabinet and are controlled by an external on/off switch. The exterior has a stainless steel and aluminum construction, while the interior has an aluminum back and sides with a stainless steel ceiling and floor. For structure, this unit is foamed with polyurethane insulation.
This True STG1HRI-1S heated holding cabinet has a stainless steel door with three cam-lift hinges that enable it to stay open past 120 degrees, while it self-closes when open under 120 degrees. For comfort, the door has a metal handle and door locks to prevent theft and tampering. The stainless steel ramp enables racks and carts to be rolled in. Bumpers line the interior walls—illuminated with incandescent lights—to prevent damage from carts and racks.
